My "Custom Add" is not working.
Most often this is because your pop-up blocker is blocking the pop-up window Acceptx is trying to execute. MyAcceptx.com must be added to your approved pop-ups list. In Microsoft Explorer, you can change your settings by clicking on "Tools" and then "Pop-up Blocker Settings" and then adding www.myacceptx.com in the "Address of website to allow" box and clicking on "Add" and then "Close."

Does Acceptx support Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Chrome browsers?
No. Acceptx will only run on Microsoft's Internet Explorer 7 or earlier.
-
How can I show just two options?
At the top of each new patient entry form you'll find three check boxes marked "Option 1," "Option 2," and "Option 3." The check boxes are checked, but if you uncheck the box Acceptx will hide the Option that is NOT check and the patient will not see that option.

How does Acceptx calculate interest and payments due?
Acceptx uses a basic amortization calculation formula to calculate payments. Follow the link below to a simple online tool that you can use to validate the formula here: http://www.bankrate.com/calculators/mortgages/mortgage-calculator.aspx.
Because the principal balance changes everytime there is a payment made, the interest amount changes each month -- so our algorithm smoothes the payments and uses the last payment due amount to collect any remaining balance.
Microsoft Excel also has an amortization template you can use to give someone a balance due at any given point in the payment schedule.
