How do I change the number of days my quotes?
You can easily change this number by logging into Acceptx and clicking on "Admin Setup" and then on "Fees" one of the first lines under "Standard Fee Schedule" you'll see your current settings under the words "My quotes are good for:" Delete and type in the number of days you'd like your quote to be good for and then click "Save" at the bottom of the page.

How do I change the text on my forms?
Login in to Acceptx and click on "Admin Setup" and then on "Documents." Under the tabs toward the top of the page you will see four forms that can be selected and edits "Payment Options," "Informed Consent," "Contract (in-house)," and "Transfer Out." Select the form you would like to edit, and then click the "Edit" button located at the bottom of the page. Make the changes you would like on the form and the select "Continue" at the bottom of the page and your changes will be saved.

How to I create a space on my forms (to format something further over on the page)?
Acceptx uses HTML commands. The HTML command for a space is   -- you have to insert that code for each space followed by a semi-colon ";"
